  1. Thank you R.T., Terry and Laura, for being there and keeping us updated. You make it possible for the rest of us to be right there with you in our hearts.

  2. I just wonder if that’s what you all are being told . Will the Cattoor’s be out “scouting” tomorrow and possibly driving horses toward the trap ?
Many thanks for being there and keeping us undated.

    • When Steven Long found out there was no closure for flights during contractors work on Roundups he also found out that they do not have to file flight plans because they are flying so low. I believe this is where it was left… mar

      • I guess I would find out where the helo lands and if airport, watch for refueling; if at the roundup site watch for AVGas truck refills and pilot movement. I wouldn’t believe the Cattoor’s if God was standing next to them with a stick to check ’em for untruthfullness. Of course, they could also refuel after each stampede attempt.

Thanks mar…I was thinking with the flight pattern and who they are contracted with, they might not be required to file. (which still believe is wrong)

Anybody think that the wild equine killers at TP are running out of victims? I do. Guess it’s just more of dumbass wild equine management science that continually fails us, the equines and truth. You’d think they’d get the counts freaking straight. Too much to ask, I guess.

      • Denise, There is a school of thought that BLM does what they please with the numbers in order to fullfill their real agenda; decimating the herds. They often over state the population and when they do not get the number they ‘estimated’ for they have already taken all they could get at the time; Calico.

If this could be understood it would have to make sense and since it does not we have to do our best to understand what is not said but what is done. mar

      • Mar…I agree, but with one exception: there must come a time in the legal communty’s mind (judges most importantly) that something is seriously wrong with the management, need and speed of the last couple years’ roundups and the basic lack of verifiable population numbers and necessary science/documentation to roundup/sterilize the few remaining equines….no matter how the 1971 Act has been putrified by the likes of Burns and the Cowpie Commissar.

Doesn’t it hold true that if the Slaughterczar continues to exterminate the wild equines (especially at this pace), there will be eventually nothing to enforce with regard to the 1971 Act requirement? IOW, they are making the 1971 Act OBE.

      • Yes, and that is why we will win and stop this at some point, sooner would be best. We do know the score and see the patterns. BLM’s days are numbered. It will only take more hard work and focus… don’t ya know? mar

flight plan! maybe they don’t have to file a flight plan if they stay less than 10 feet from the top of the horses heads.

    • According to FAA it is not mandatory to file a flight plan. It is considered foolish not to, especially if there are any military flight zones that you could cross over or into. You can file a plan and open it once you are in the air and close it when you land, EVERY communication is recorded during the open period but is erased after a brief period–the FAA is mainly concerned with having a record if there is an incident. The length of time a record of the flight is kept I have been told is two weeks but the length of time I was quoted could be in error altho the other statements aren’t.

      • There was a show on tonight about flying and drinking. FAA rule is 8 hours no drinking. They have suspended people for many years for breaking that rule.

      • It would not surprise me to find out that rule is violated many a time. I went to an airport for a flight with some friends and the pilot was drinking while checking out the plane!! I begged off the flight–had I not been so young and dumb I would have reported him. Of course if anyone who observes goes into town and sees pilots tossing a few back that would not be good (for them anyway).

  5. They are getting ready to zero out the Moriah herd area–tomommow. Is it possible that they are there right now?

    • that could be it, don’t think they have a bunch of choppers, just a lot of pipe corrals and burlap. hey are people that fly aircraft supposed to have many hours of sleep? or they lose their ability to fly? what about drinking and flying, how many hours? 😉

  7. There just has to be something so terribly wrong that was done with amendments to the 1971 Act that allows agencies to repeatedly reduce acreage and zero out herds.

    I just don’t understand this.

  8. Big ooops BLM fouled again!!!! They said over 3000 horses existed at Calico and suddenly stopped the roundup at 1922. Of course, that figure does not include deaths–which if ya’ll will remember was “quoted” by BLM to be offically 2 deaths. I looked at the numbers from this morning and on Wed they were saying that had caught 904 animals releasing 54 or 57. Geez, even my poor math skills could outdo BLM.

Seems to me that if your gonna invest this kind of money you would get people on the ground that not only knew the horses but could count. And even if they can’t count they could use a clicker.

Thank you, R.T., Terry, and Laura for helping us to know what is going on at the front lines. “A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.” Proverbs 12:10. 11. I’m sorry I got offline after my last post and realized somethinng on my way out the door.

There is something very nefarious going on. BLM has been rounding up wild horses and suddenly are left adrift AGAIN????? Are they even remotely sure of their numbers this time????

I think we’re seeing observers being sent one place and the action happening elsewhere. Is it even possible that BLM has a second or third temporary holding corral that they haven’t told us about. One where deeds to horrific to mention are taking place????

Would the BLM LIE to the NYT?????

Something is very wrong up in Northern CA. I feel a very ill breeze coming to pass.

comment: we must follow the blm ‘s every track and trail; we can outsmart them; i truly belive they will trip themselves up very soon!

      so don’t let the blm confuse us with their temorary holding corrals;

  12. Is there an answer?? 54 Congressmen/women signed/sent a letter to BLM to stop the round-ups and develop a better policy. Now what? Did BLM ignore that letter? Does it go to the President?? ( that will take forever).

Keep up the good fight–name and love every one of those horses! Thank you RT,Terry and Laura for being our eyes and ears on this mission.

I keep saying–this can’t be true–a USA government agency can’t really be hell bent on eliminating every wild horse! These horses are supposed to be federally protected–protected by the very agency that’s driving them to extinction!

  13. NEEDED ASAP: WILD HORSE WHISPERER AND HELICOPTER PILOT:
We need a volunteer to train the horses that they are safe when they mingle with cattle. Just push them gently toward the cattle and back off when they join up with the cattle. Won’t take too long and they will mingle with the cattle every time they see a helicopter coming. Can’t stampede those cattle, they have “value”.
