The Force of the Horse

Sometimes No News is Good News

So it goes, today, with “Feel Good Sunday.”

R.T. Fitch, Terry and all the CrittersThere has been much that has transpired in the past several days that has left feelings raw and nerves jangled. So much so that we are going to rest, today, take the day off and hit it again on Monday.

We hope that our readers will do the same and enjoy time with family and friends.

The time that we have together is so very, very short.

  3. I spent all day doing my favorite thing. Being with my horse. I am so greatful for the place he is kept, the part of the country we are in. I don’t think I would survive mentally or socially out west.

  4. I went to The Shed today. My hidden spot from all the world but the wildlife and get spiritually reconnected. I finally dug out my phone, why? Because a stray barn.cat wearing a tuxedo suit appeared at my nature spot looking just like my.moms cat. My mom passed several years back, her cat.long before. So this sudden appearance was comforting. So she stayed of er own accord, seemed to Know everything and as such she plopped on the stacked sweet smelling hay adorned herself with alfalfa leaves and put her paw on my shoulder. At that moment it felt as though the word “friend” flowed through the air right to me from her, like the animals say without speaking aloud, she squinted her eyes, and seemed to.say, you understood me. So I sat, relaxed with a friends paw on my shoulder watching all the other animals playing in harmony. If only the rest of life were so easy. As I prepared to head home, she ran with me gleefully to head back to Her Barn, she now calls home, much to my surprise bounding out of the barn to greet her was a Huge Hymalayan cat, she looked over her shoulder and squinted and I understood, she like I had taken her, had taken him in. So I called them to their bowl and filled their water, whinnies and barking aside all I heard in that moment, was a loud purring and another cat seeming to say, Friend.

  5. To all of you out there I have a beautiful Tobiano, Denali is white and chocolate who needs training 21/2 years old and his mother Annie 8 yrs old she is chocolate in Washington State, Spokane that need homes. I cannot afford to take care of them any longer. I have two horses in Florida all ready and if you are interested please contact me Judy ( 941) 232-1262 or Kathy (509) 389-9979. I need to find good homes for them. I want the very best for them. I would like to keep them together if I can. Thank you. I dearly love them but the expense is too much for me with four horses. Please contact me or Kathy. Thank you. This is so tough to do this because I love them so much. Annie was rescued in Washington State from a horrible situation and she gave birth to Denali who is so beautiful and sweet. Denali is gelded and ready to be trained. Annie needs training too.
I will be so happy if they can have a good life together, I pray. thank you my horse friends and lovers out there. If you know so someone who is interested please call Judy or Kathy as soon as possible.
For all the wild horses out there we pray for them too. God Bless our horses everywhere. Amen.

  6. When you constantly give out and much is required of you, you have to take out time to get filled back up and allow yourself quiet time and times filled with those you love. As you nurture, it will come back to you! I hope you had a blessed day!! Thanks for all you do!!!
