Well, one of my resolutions last year was to add constructively to the national dialogue about our wild horses and burros… looks like I did, at least here — assuming that quantity and quality are approximately equivalent.

Actually, the Year of the Horse does not conclude until Feb 19th which is Chinese New Year day and the Year of the Goat will be ushered in.
2015 — a Goat Year
Chinese New Year 2015 will be the year of the goat. For people born in the year of the goat (1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003 ), 2015 is considered an auspicious year.
