Straight from the Horse's Heart 
This woman was wonderful, as was everybody else. She laid it on the line in no uncertain terms about how horse meat was unsafe for human consumption! I hope Congress takes note of what she said. Perhaps the link should be sent to all of them and to the USDA. Perhaps this would hit home for them.
