  1. For you commitment, Jerri…a million thank yous.

Now if we can save a million equines (wild and domestic)….

I still don’t understand the judicial system….it appears to be a continual fail on so many levels.

And the US is the beacon of justice?

  2. Thanks – will be listening – especially hope she talks about the IBLA complaint/Stay procedures that we all need to become aware of and use as needed. I hope to learn.

  3. What is the IBLA? And when is the next meeting? Where? Very interesting. What can I do to help?
I listened to the show and it was very informative. The whole thing is to get involved. If it is your passion, you need to do what you can. I’ll be getting the book Wild Horse Conspiracy. What was the other book named?

    • I’m still waiting to understand why any lawyer who has been retained by an advocate can’t find cause for or legal standing to sue cheats, liars and thieves that I used to call my taxpayer funded and elected (and appointed by same) officials.

      • No dis..but an attorney that knows how to circumvent or appeal IBLA is exactly whom?

And why does WWP win repeatedly and the wild equine advocates get short sheeted at every step of the way? BTW…no dis to the advocates filing…just confused as to results. And yes, I realize the killers are playing a delay of game, time out strategy to eventually result in all wild equines gone and dead (sterilized or dead).

Like I asked on the program…where are the committed attorneys?

      • An IBLA Complaint/Stay can be filed by you or me without an attorney.

There are attorneys that are serious and do understand and do work hard on the issues we know are important but agree that they are few and far between plus the issues and the law are complicated and the BLM has big $ and have attorneys on their payroll and as I am sure you know, they have other organizations that back them who have big money – cattleman’s association and safari club and energy corporations etc.

I also agree that WWP have a very good reputation for being “spot on” and winning many legal actions. I also would like to know what we can learn from them – please ask them and share their answer. Thank you.

  4. Thank you Marti! Where else can you go and hear people tell the truth? Both you and R.T are very informed and have the strength to speak and let others speak. Both of you are rare people. I learned a lot from Jerri and from all the callers. I especially like the analogy of athletes running the hurdles knowing that sooner or later “someone” fighting this battle will win simply by many trying and many learning and many sticking to what they know is right. I hope we start winning … and quickly! Thanks to all.

      • I didn’t write a book but was listening to the show – the book is “Wild Horse Conspiracy” by Craig Downer which will really give you an insight on this Wild Horse and Burro issue.
Sorry that I didn’t catch the name of the other book.

      • I believe Craig said he’s reading a book about how white men betrayed a Native American chief; sorry I don’t recall the name, but he’ll read your question and fill you in, Judy.

During Marti’s radio show, I emailed Craig a seemingly off-topic but greatly inspiring video called “The Moral City” (http://vimeo.com/25521307). Filmed in Bogota, it shows how that city’s ethics and appearance were totally transformed in a few short years.

This incredible change was brought about by the back-to-back elections of two incorruptible mayoral candidates, who brought independence, integrity, individuality, and equality (not elitism) to the job. The honesty of both men, and their insistence that their entire administration act with honesty and equality resulted in a complete overhaul of the city’s government and infrastructure. Rejecting the corrupt status quo, Bogota’s populace learned how to become moral in their private and public lives. What an incredible teacher they had in Mayor Mokus!

This 57-minute film gave me hope — hope for my country. If the capitol of drug-infested Colombia can overcome malfeasance of the highest order, so can the U.S. federal government.

I pray for a President with imagination, with impeccable honesty, and with an unshakeable commitment to serving “the people” instead of the corporations and the behind-the-scenes puppet masters.

Such a President would not stand for corruption in any federal agency, would not collude with or marginalize the courts and Congress, would not act imperialistic toward other countries, and would insist that no American citizen’s constitutional rights be violated, ever.

Such a President would possess the sterling leadership qualities — and express the liberty-loving nature — of, well, Cloud the Wild Stallion.

Great radio show!! and I would like to share this event they will have a shift in consciousness Dec 22 8-8. Heck I will try anything to help us and wild horses even wo wo stuff. I agree in raising the level of truth and consciousness and legal aspects to help the wild ones. We are dealing with the dark side of humans these days. This was great info please pass it along. Note I am in Ron Barber and Gabby Gifford past Districts so I am also involved in a anti-bullying movement and a horse advocate.

I do agree that we should boycott beef and eat vegetables one day a week and only purchase organic pet foods and milk by products if you are a meat eaters. Boycotts work and I agree and I have said this before to advocates. We need to continue to get more organized as far as communicating information and bringing us all together as a voting group. I have notified Democracy now and free speech TV and the green party. They believe in all kinds of doing of ethics acts against nature. We are all in the action stage so don’t forget to sell an item in a garage sale and donate to this suit or others like it. Best to all and thank you and blessings in this fall/winter time & holiday
