NH Boy Continues Pro-Horse Media Blitz

This week, on Wednesday, I went to the WOKQ radio station to talk with Mark Ericson and Karen Kiley of the WOKQ Morning Waking Crew. All the equipment they had there was really cool and it was really exciting because now more people know what is happening to horses. I hope they listen and send me their letters for me to bring to Washington DC when I got back for the Horses on the Hill event on April 25th.

Horse Hating Wyoming Politician Sides with Known Animal Abuser

The prattle from the Horse-Eater’s camp has been quiet for about a week or so; only the constant drone of sharpening butcher knives can be heard across the trenches of the battlefield in the quiet of the night. The perverse dredges of society have suffered some pretty serious defeats over the past several weeks and they are all tucked under their rocks licking their putrid wounds. Let’s count their failures (not all but the biggest ones):

Frankly Speaking: Sometimes, A Child Reminds Us

On almost any weekday, the halls of Congress are filled with hundreds of people hurrying to meet with Congressmen and Senators. I make a point of sitting down with a wide array of folks from New Hampshire representing all points on the political spectrum and listen as they share their views on various issues and legislation. This is the way the Founding Fathers designed our system to work, and I’m honored to carry on the tradition of representative government.

Breaking News: Slaughter Plant in NM Plans to Butcher Horses

April 10, 2012 (Larkspur, Colorado) — Through its own investigation, Front Range Equine Rescue (FRER) has discovered that Valley Meats Co., 3845 Cedarvale Rd., in Roswell, NM, has applied for inspection of horses to be “custom slaughtered” and “processed” for human consumption. According to the facts uncovered, the facility has been involved in extended discussions with the Denver office of the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The FSIS inspects animals and meat in American slaughterhouses under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
