  1. What was he doing with so many horses in the first place?! 14 horses found dead, for how long? I can’t imagine no one speaking out long ago with so many needing attention…disgusting and cruel! More than just a fine needed here and to definitely never be allowed another animal in his care, for the rest of his life!

  2. I must say this man looks very, very well fed or over fed. This nut ball sounds exactly like a hoarder you know the ones that collect dogs, cats or anything on four legs they can get their hands on plus all of the junk they can find to stuff in their homes. Lets hope he gets some jail time which I doubt.

  3. His cruelty is not misdemeanors, he must be charged with a felony and given many years in prison, and never be allowed to ever own a horse again or any animal for that matter ever again.

  4. This disgusting individual should be put in the same position that he subjected his horses to go through. And any of those babies, dying like that. This is a demented, psychopath that needs to be put down, but in the same way he subjected his horses. He needs to be made a example to the demented individuals that subject our beautiful cats, and horses to go through misery because of the mental state of these slimebags. Their is no excuse for his actions. And he’s sorry. HA! Ha! THIS GUY IS NUTS. He should never be allowed to have any animal or be around any animal again and should be put away for a long, long, time, and then let him have the same punishment he put these lovely animals through. Just disgusting.

    • The county Law Enforcement does not seem to care much. The man Jerry Earls was only charged with four counts of Animal Cruelty so far. ” The good ole boy system is in full effect here”. This Jerry Earls is related to one of the Law Enforcement officers (Sheriff) . Only 2 organizations are trying to help at this time and one MS local rescue one. Arabian Rescue Mission out of NJ and and SSHS – Stop Slaughtering our Horses out of FL . Through these 2 organization 10 round bales of hay were delivered by donations from all over the country. These poor horses were gather/collected and were heading to slaughter…..in this condition they would not accepted for slaughter at the boarder. Disgusting situation. just think man of these horses were in stalls served their owners well for years then they end up with this sick man.

  5. Go to next page and listen and watch utube of Dan Wigington, its quite a long speech so watch when you really have a open hour to absorb all that he is saying. I am in total agreement with every word spoken. Please forward this to every one you know, it is critical that we all work together to save our planet for our children, for our animals, for all and everything alive, every tree, every dolphin, every lady bug. Its time to do a lot of talking, a lot of sharing, and a whole lot of work if we and future generations are to survive.
