Subject: Final Decision, Bridge Creek Area Allotment Management Plan
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Burns District Office, has prepared a revised Bridge Creek Area Allotment Management Plans (AMP) Environmental Assessment (EA) (DOI-BLM-ORWA-B060-2020-0001-EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). This letter notifies interested parties that the Secretary of the Interior has signed a Final Decision for the Bridge Creek Area AMP/EA. The EA, FONSI, and Final Decision are available for review on BLM’s National NEPA Register at the following link https://eplanning.blm.gov/eplanning-ui/project/1504684/510.
The EA fully analyzed five alternatives. The Final Decision selected actions from Alternatives 2, 3, and 4 and issues a 10-year grazing permit with terms and conditions that included allotment management plans to Hammond Ranches, Inc.
Please review the Final Decision carefully for a detailed explanation of the process for challenging this Final Decision.
