Horse Slaughter Proponent “Dinky” Zinke Gives Away Wildlife Habitat to his Colluding Lobbyist Buddies

Story provided by Western Values Project

“Wild Horse & Burro Hater ‘Dinky’ Zinke is hell bent on making nature an after-thought near protected public lands…”

Over the next month, Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke is preparing to announce a series of oil and gas lease sales across the West. Given the administration’s favoritism to special interests in Washington, D.C., these proposed lease sales are poised to be an early holiday gift to the same oil and gas industry that helped propel it into office. For the rest of the West, these leases unnecessarily threaten some of our most pristine public landscapes, including several national parks, monuments, and communities.

A list of Secretary Zinke’s early holiday gifts to his lobbyist friends bordering or near our nation’s parks:

  1. This is pure insanity at it’s finest. Once again it is all about $$, NOT about what the American people want to preserve for future generations. He needs to go, along with a few others in the present administration. No one is listening to our voices. Beyond my comprehension, but you know who supports him. Keep up the fight for our wild horses, burros, & also the Native Americans who are still fighting for their right to exist in peace.

  2. Below is something I read the other day that seems appropriate for this announcement of the sales of our public lands and the destruction of our planet for the sake of greed:

No lustration can ever wash out this national stain we are seeing today happening to our America. The foul blot must remain, as long as the page of history shall convey the record of the foul transaction to the future generations.

  3. I think Stinky fits him better. With all the upheaval about Flynn yesterday…say Dotard does get impeached AND REMOVED…does this mean that EVERYTHING he’s undone and his dumb cohorts are doing revert to Obama days? We can only hope.

My long guess…dotard’s going bye bye…either by resigning or impeachment. Presidency will bypass Pence because of the stain of his collusion with russiagate. We’ll get Paul Ryan who’s first act will be to stop ALL Medicare immediately. None of this has appealing qualities.

    • Crooked & corrupt – pretty much every one of them. I know Obama wasn’t perfect – none of us is – but I felt he & Biden did the very best they could to be honorable.
      And yeah – stinky fits!

    • Keep writing your senators, since impeachment rarely means removal from office, it’s more of a wrist slap:

“If two-thirds of the Senate votes to convict the official on the articles of impeachment, the person is removed from office; otherwise, the person is acquitted and nothing further is done. Impeachment means charging a public official with misconduct in office.”
